Cesar is the epitome of a great real estate agent. I have had the pleasure of working with him from both the selling and buying sides of the table and let me tell you, he was fantastic both times. When I had put my house on the market, he reassured me he'd do everything in his power to get my house sold. Even though timing was not great (the market was starting to spiral downward), he was able to sell my house in less than two weeks! He kept me updated and walked me through all the necessary steps as I was a novice at this procedure. When it was time to buy a house, he was the first and only person I thought about. He asked the right questions, did all the necessary due diligence and spent countless hours answering every question I had (as dumb as it may have been), and showing me plenty of properties so I can make an educated decision. I never felt rushed or pressured with him and that was paramount for me. He's got a great personality and really knows the trade. Trust me people. This guy is good.
