I met Chad and had him come to my home almost a year before I put my house on the market and before he had signed on to be my realtor. He walked through my house and gave me a list of suggestions of things to do to get my house show ready. Needless to say I took Chad's advice and made the necessary changes to my home and we were able to sell our home in a month. The market for finding a new home in our desired area proved tougher than we imagined, but Chad worked very hard and contacted all the local offices to make sure we heard about anything coming to market first.
