We were moving into Knoxville area from Florida. Having never been to Knoxville, Chad was very attentive in finding, touring potential homes and explaining ‘best-fit’ areas.

Chad was great to deal with. From the beginning of my home search to assisting with the buying process. He listened to what I wanted in a home and didn't waste my time with houses that didn't fit my criteria. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

He was a go getter and very parient he showed us exactly what we asked him to show us, and when we thought there was nothing out there that really caught our eye he got notification of a listing we raced over here and found our new home, down in the holler very quiet and great neighbors, I will be recommending Chad to family and friends. Chad is a great all around guy with a great personality!He helped us do an online closing and did the final walk through of the house we bought as we couldn't get there from Florida at that time. If I ever sell the house in TN, Chad will be my realtor!!
