Chad Chism is a native of Spartanburg, SC. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clemson University in 2002 with an emphasis in statistical research. He immediately began building his experience as a licensed broker in real estate across three markets. He spent 3 years in Charleston, SC where he was responsible for the closing of more than 10 million dollars in residential real estate. Following this, Chad spent a year in the commercial sector while working with a private equity firm with more than 10 billion in funds under management. Now that he has returned home to the Greenville/Spartanburg area he brings a unique and invaluable perspective to Enternethomes.com and offers clients an in-depth analysis of investments and bank-owned properties.
