- Chad and I connected, but did no business
This guy is an absolute thug. Threatened me and my family numerous times. Complete scumbag.
- Chad helped me buy a home
Chill frat bro vibe, once he makes is commission he leaves you in the dust. Did not provide mail key and he said tough luck, I know it sucks, he said. I asked if he was willing to ruin a relationship over something so petty. I want to see an agent (which I could have chosen from a pool of hundreds) step up and bat for me and at least try to help. He thought hanging the phone on me was a good idea. What professional hangs up the phone on a client?? That's not even a thought in my years of building relationships and being a professional.
