Chad Griffith

Chad Griffith listed and sold our home and helped us buy a new home. His knowledge, patience, determination and communication were terrific. We would not have had as good of an understanding about the buy/sell market in Denver and maximize our money without him.

This was my first experience looking for and buying a home on my own. Chad was instrumental through all of it. He was sensitive to my needs and was all in when it came time to make an offer and negotiate. He walked me through all the steps, touched base with me on a regular basis as we worked our way towards closing. I would absolutely recommend Chad. He made this experience pain free and I am so happy that he was the agent that answered my very first call to view a home.

We have now used Dustin and Chad for the purchase of our first home back in 2011, then last year the sale of that home and purchase of another. We originally walked away from the purchase last year because we didnt think we could get the seller to come down to where we needed to be financially to make the transaction happen but Chad followed up with the sellers agent and got us a great deal. We are now in our familys forever home and we have the Griffith Home Team to thank for their hard work and drive to get the job done! Thanks guys!
