Chad is a real estate and mortgage technology innovator with the breadth of experience to lead a team from concept to successful liquidity event. Early career was devoted to the development of advanced mortgage fraud prevention technology for financial institution mortgage teams. Leveraged this foundation in strategy, intellectual property development, marketing and strategic alliances to successfully found and lead an online SaaS mortgage technology company from concept to funding to highly successful exit in 2011. Chad founded Buckhead Brokers in 2019 after several highly successful years navigating the real estate market recovery with Buckhead Residential LLC (founded in 2012). Chad served as President of Rent South Inc. and managed the company's rental porfolio until the assets were subsequently sold. Currently, Chad serves as Managing Partner for GAVLAN Acquisitions LLC, a licensed HomeVestors franchise, and one of the Atlanta markets top buyer's of distressed residential real estate.

Mr. Jenkins assisted me with the sale of a home I was having problems selling due to the house not being updated since the late 1970's. He was recommended to me by a friend.
