I emailed Chad on a Sunday. I did not expect a response until Monday but he got right back to me. We met on Tuesday. He arrived with a complete and professional market analysis and presented sound arguments for listing my house right now as opposed to waiting a couple of months. I had a full price offer by Thursday evening. Chad did an excellent job explaining the entire process as we went through all of the inspections and the closing. If he was unable to make a specific meeting he sent a highly qualified member of his team in his place. My husband plans to sell his house in 4-5 years when he retires. However, I would not want to work with this team again. Chad listed my home and did the closing. The remainder of the time I communicated with his team. After each showing, I was tracking down the person who showed it for Chad. I would have felt more like I had my own agent if they reported to him and then he contacted me with information, or just checking in from time to time to see how I was doing.
