Chad Langen

Very helpful and informative for our first time buying a house. Chad was very fast to respond, relayed information to us before any other party including our bank, and walked us through every step along the way. Buying a house couldnt have been any easier.

Chad is absolutely the BEST! He knew the areas I wanted to look for a home and took the time to get to know what was truly important to ME. He respected my price point, took me to several out of the way towns as well as Fort Worth. Chad found my needle in a hay stack!!! He helped me get the price and stayed in touch throught the entire process. Such a gentleman and professional. I highly recommend Chad! I will forever be grateful.

My experience was wonderful! Chad answered questions without making me feel like a bother. Highly recommend!! I would def use him and black dog reality again and again

Great man who will go over the topFor you! Give him that opportunity to show you what he can do for you! The market is something he highly knows and can fully be trusted with.

Chad was very thorough and helped us weigh all of our options to find the perfect home. His patience and ability to make it happen when we found the right place was amazing, especially in a crazy market!

Cannot say enough about Chad Langen ! We have been searching for months on a 3 bedroom home with some land . Within no time Chad not only found our perfect dream home, he worked amazingly hard to get it well within our budget! Thanks Black Dog and Chad for helping find our forever home!!

Wow! I can't say enough good things about these guys! My wife and I were looking for a 4 bedroom house within our budget and it was looking like a Longshot. Chad and Clayton worked tirelessly until they made it happen. They stayed in contact with us all the way through and even gave us some great advice with our financing. I wish there were 10 stars to give. Black Dog Realty is THE BEST!!!
