Closing on house next week in Waterford on Lake Tichigan. Chad got us newer house on lake under value of its worth. That is very rare in this market, houses usually go way over appraised value especially on lake. Dealing with some kinks with lender, he stayed very persistent on making sure we always met deadline. If I was a seller or buyer in this market I would contact this upcoming realtor superstar. He goes above and beyond.
