Chad Smith

I like to tell people I grew up in Mayberry. Actually, it was a dairy farm in Smiths Grove near the Mammoth Cave area. From my farm kid view, it seemed pretty similar. My family, like many in the area, instilled me with the value of family and community. I currently live in the historic district downtown in a beautiful old place with my spoiled 65 pound boxer. The downtown area is bustling with activity. From the great shops to the amazing restaurants - I love walking on a summer evening and chatting with neighbors. I wouldn't change a thing. The dog would like more walks. My career in real estate has already spanned 10 years. My passion for real estate, homes, and the beauty of our area has been with me for far longer.
