Chad Underwood

Chad Underwood started working in real estate as an agent in 2006, and became a broker in 2008. When he began, Chad worked exclusively in the new home market, and he knows the ins and outs of buying a brand-new home. The relationships Chad has built within the new home community have served his clients well. After becoming a broker, Chad branched out into the resale market, and now helps both buyers and sellers. Chad and his wife, Amy, both work with The Jessica Hargis Group out of the Allen, TX office. After 22+ years of marriage, they still enjoy working together. Their family has lived in the McKinney area for the last 7 years, their daughter is a Freshman at Prosper High School.
