We just sold our house with Chalmers and he felt like a teammate and coach through the whole process. We always felt comfortable to call him or his team if we had questions or even a favor. With his help we got an offer in a day and three weeks later signed the papers. He's a great agent and the next time we are selling we will be sure to work with Chalmers again.

I dont give five stars lightlywe have had great experiences working with Chalmers. We were brand new to the selling side and we were given so much wisdom and direction. Our house was sold quickly and Chalmers and his team helped us through the stress of it all. Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and responded quickly to our questions or concerns. Throughout all of it, and the purchase of our new home as well, we heard over and over, lets do it this waymy job is to protect you guys. To me that means so much. We werent just another paycheck. We used Chalmers Realty Group for both the purchase and sale of our home over the past couple years. We worked closely with Ross. He did a great job preparing us for both the buying and selling processes and even provided us with a person skilled in staging, a photographer, and a cleaner in preparation for selling our house. We listed at a good price and received many offers for much above asking price.

They are a great team, they are very professional. They were there from the beginning to the end. Their process to sell the property is over the top, from professional photographers, great open houses, and listing it in several venues.
