She is absolutely AWFUL with communication, is extremely unprofessional, and is so disrespectful towards potential buyers. When you call her to discuss buying options, you hear absolutely nothing but screaming children and a rushed tone: which is clearly disrespectful to the buyer and all parties involved. Her negotiation skill is lacking to the worst degree; she does not respond to agent messages; she does not look at any legal documentation; and she is so rude and gives off sub-par energy.

BUYERS BEWARE ! I entered into a contract with Channel in April 2024. The agreement started out good for about 2 weeks , and then it went down hill after that. She was always late for scheduled house viewings, her availability was limited due to family obligations and she lack the drive or expertises that are needed in this a repetitive market. The bottom line for her is commission. She will try to convince you to purchase any house to get her commission. I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against Lotus Real Estate for the full refund of my hand money because after terminating Channel and I contract. I had to file a complaint with the BBB for the return of my hand money. Lotus Real Estate was willing to return half of the money but the is simply unacceptable, they are charging for fees that I was never made aware of or consented to.
