Chanh was our buyer agent for our recent first-time home purchase in San Francisco. We bought in the lowest price bracket for homes in SF and he was willing to hit the trenches. In the beginning he was willing to accomodate our late evenings and weekends viewing availability, we saw about 10 properties in a matter of days which was fun for us. Our first offer was drafted and sent very quickly.Once our offer was accepted he let us know right away. We had some issues with the property appraisal (which worked in our favor) and he helped us negotiate. When it came time to he arrived with the keys as soon as everything went through.
