Charity has been by our side for over a year through this journey from the sale of our house to the purchase of our dream home. She always made herself available to answer questions, look at countless houses, whatever we needed. Our family will be forever grateful for her dedication and sacrifice to make our dream a reality.

During a time of great stress, it became our task to sell a family member's home. My spouse and I could not have found anyone better and more capable of handling this major transaction than Charity. Charity was wonderful to work with. We had to relocate in a hurry due to a corporate relocation. Charity helped us with everything from advice on home improvements and staging before the house went on the market, to getting a fast close once we received an offer. Charity got beautiful pictures of the house for our listing. We noticed that our Zillow listing had 5X the amount of views as a neighbor's house that was for sale at the same price. Her work getting great pictures and marketing efforts were no doubt the reason. Our situation was also complicated by dealing with a corporate relocation company, which added a few steps to the selling process and lots of paperwork. Charity took the responsibility of working with the relocation company directly, taking a lot of work off our our hands. Charity made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't recommend her enough.

Charity helped us sell our house when no one else could. We had a previous Realtor and did not have a lot of activity. 2 weeks after Charity came on board, she had an open house set up and marketing material distributed through the neighborhood. Charity is a rockstar. Plain and simple. She's been amazing throughout the whole process from the moment we called her about looking at listings until today when we closed on our beautiful farmhouse.
