- Charla never responded to my request
I bought a home from her. It was her parents house. Literally the worst experience of our lives. They were asking thousands more than it was worth and were mad when we offered thousands under what they were asking. Then there were a lot of electrical issues in the house and when our realtor asked her to have them fix it, she went off on him and called out his integrity. Apparently she lived there too and it was literally the most disgusting house we have ever seen. Thank God we were planning to renovate everything anyway. Roaches, caked on dirt, etc. you would think they never cleaned. Yuck. She is very unprofessional and left her sign and lockbox in our yard. Still hasn't removed them.
