- Charlene listed and sold my home
Not a very good experience at all! She sold our house and we ended up with a $300 check upon closing. She kept letting the buyers go down on price until we ended up almost loosing on the deal. Then we also used her to buy the new house at the same time and when I would find a house to look at she was never available and I missed out on 2 different houses I was interested in. I had to use the realtors on the actual sign in the front yard of the house I bought.
