My wife and I were looking for a get-a-away vacation spot that we could use for weekend ski trips and, as a bonus, have some access to a pond or lake in the summertime. After locating a couple of homes that seemed to fit we contacted Charlie to arrange visits to these properties. Through the entire process from developing a suitable offer to final close, Charlie was great at keeping everything together for us. Both my wife and I have busy schedules so working with Charlie made the process fairly easy. We were quite pleased with Charlie's diligence and his experience with the local market and we would certainly recommend his services to anyone who might considering purchase of a home.

Charlie was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor! He met our needs and beyond. We had a long search and he never grew impatient or pushed in any way. He was always available for questions and very quick with responses! He not only was always very personable and kind with us but even befriended our 2 year old son. Who still mentions him by name on occasion. I would highly recommend Charlie for all of your real estate needs!

cannot say enough about Charles Boucher. From our first contact to the closing and Im sure beyond, hes treated us like friends rather than customers. His knowledge of the area and his profession seemed to have no limits. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns. Through it all Charles was friendly and very professional, holding our hands through each step of the process.
