We were first time home-buyers and pretty much knew nothing about the process. Chuck was excellent in explaining everything for us. He went ABOVE and BEYOND helping us find our home. He worked with our busy schedule-we had opposite work schedules during the week and so he was willing to show us houses on the weekends. We had a lot of problems with our lender and he stepped up and became our mediator with her, as well as helped explain that aspect of the process more than the lender was able to. He took the time to get to know us and therefore was able to find the house that fit our lifestyle/"likes" perfectly. We have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend him!!!!
