We started working with Charles in late January he was very courteous and took time to answer all our questions. We thought we was going to help us find a house that we would be happy with, I attended a open house and informed Charles that we found a house we would like to try and purchase. The asking price was $189,900 Charles told us to make a offer we comfortable with we offered $220,000 $30,000 above asking price. Too later find out that Charles purchased the house for $190,000 a $100.00 dollars above the asking price and than tried to sell us the house for the $220,000 price .. We felt that this was a very dishonest..we asked Charles to show us the denial of our offer he sent us a email with a attachment that would not open and another email that was a completely different house. We terminated him as our agent immediately. This lead us to believe our offer was never submitted. He now has the house back on the market above the purchase price.. We would not recommend Charles to any one .
