Charles is an arogant jerk. He was not aware of who he is representing and bad mouthed his clients to the other agent. This is unacceptable!!! You do not have to like or associate with your clients, but you do have to represent their best intrest when selling their home. After all they are paying you to be professional and work on their behalf. He does not have a clear understanding of this. I was very dissapointed with him as an agent!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMNED HIM
