If Charlie lived in Virginia Beach he would be my seller every time; all the time. He was always prompt to give me updates. A little background, we live over 800 miles away and never had to get in a plane, car, train etc. to visit the house to ensure the sell!!!! From start to finish 85 days, and well over asking price!!!
