Great experience! He went above and beyond to help, especially with closing because my wife was out of town. He came to the house to pick up the documents after she signed them.

Charles did a superb job of showing us homes and eventually negotiating a fair price. He especially excelled during the closing process, driving me to the attorney's office to sign the papers, then returning the next day to pick up the closing papers my wife signed after she came back to town. All in all, we felt he went far beyond what one might reasonably expect.
