We hired Charles after a bad experience with a realtor from a larger realty company. Charles was a consummate professional. He came armed with a strategy to build a buzz and market our home to sell quickly and at a price we were comfortable with. He kept us informed of all feedback without prompting from showings and presented us with all offers quickly and walked us through our first home sale from start to finish. I recommend Charles to everyone I know.

Home buying had seemed like such a daunting, stressful task for me to accomplish, but Charlie's expertise made me feel totally comfortable and confident throughout the process. I remember the first home he and I went to see and how I was blown away by the knowledge he displayed. Dude is full of facts and figures. He explained basic structural features/flaws to pay attention to and went on to describe costs for various repairs and maintenance as applicable. As a first time homebuyer, this was huge for me as I wanted to make sure I was making the best purchase for myself. I believe he wanted that as well: he wanted what was best for his client. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like I was wasting his time. As we viewed more homes, Charlie continued to wow me with his knowledge as well as his professionalism. Dude was always on top of things. He handled tricky security alarms, barking dogs, and hidden lock boxes with ease. He was always on time for showings and was quick to communicate any developments. He was even helpful with financing. I constantly had financing questions and he constantly had answers. When I finally decided on the home I wanted to purchase, Charlie guided me through each and every step. Negotiations, inspections, and appraisal all went smoothly. Even after closing earlier this morning, Charlie has continued to be a valuable resource. I'm so, so happy he's been my realtor and hope others will choose him so they can have a smooth home buying experience too!
