Each time I was thoroughly impressed by her knowledge and capability to negotiate and to navigate the processes. She took the time to listen and understand my needs. She doesn't sugar coat things, she keeps it real, which I found to be invaluable in helping me make decisions throughout the selling & buying process. She and her entire team are very helpful, professional, responsive, and friendly. (Ray was especially patient as we looked at house after house after house!) When I am in the market again, the Turner Team will be my only choice, hands down. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jenny listened to my wants and needs and explained to me what was available in the market, providing what she thought would be a reasonable time frame to complete my search given the current market. After our first meeting, Jenny immediately sent me some listings to make sure we were on the same page and our search began. In an extremely competitive and limited market, it took us only two tours to find and have an offer accepted on my new home. Her knowledge of the market, understanding of local trends and processes, ability to listen and subsequently offer guidance in a clear and objective manner was critical to my offer being accepted. Once my offer was accepted, Jenny and her team was with me every step of the way, making sure that everything happened in a thorough but timely fashion. She explained local practices that I wasn't familiar with and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. Even after my transaction was completed Jenny has been of great assistance, helping me with questions and making sure that I was satisfied with my new home. I recommend Jenny and her team wholeheartedly. Should I ever need real estate assistance in Portland again, she'll be the first person I'll call.

And Nash the Office dog is the cherry on top!

I've bought 2 houses and sold one through her and the Turner Team. She's very knowledgeable and responds quickly. She also saved me thousands of dollars on my very first house purchased. I highly recommended them to everyone, especially close friends and family.

We worked closely with Nicole on updating our home in preparation to sell. We were very apprehensive at first. But Nicole completely put our uneasiness to rest. She was so nice and easy to communicate with. She has an excellent eye for design. She was very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. We are thrilled with how it all came together. Nicole was instrumental in facilitating the painting , flooring, and remodeling crews. It was nice to have someone who could organize it all. We cant wait to work with Nicole and the Turner Team again.
