Charlie Adair

Charlie has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004, with over 500 sales across a broad range of properties and price points. He has represented buyers, sellers, custom home builders, and condominium developers, renovated multiple homes, and participated as a principal in numerous real estate investments. Charlie works hard to provide outstanding value and service to his clients, achieving results that are significantly and demonstrably above industry averages. Prior to joining Compass, Charlie spent 15 years with Edina Realty helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He also represented Lander Group, one of the most respected developers of Urban Housing in the country, on multiple condominium developments in the Twin Cities. Before finding his calling in Real Estate, Charlie worked for Arthur Andersen and American Express, and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
