i had a very positive and enjoyable experience with charlotte when i purchased my new home. i told her how much i wanted to spend and what i was looking for and she put together a large list of homes that met my criteria. she spent a day taking me around to all the houses on the list. until i found one i liked and that wasn't easy because i am picky she did all the legwork. she also helped me with a few issues that arose after settlement. charlotte is very personable
