My wife and I used Charmaine as our realtor when we moved to Vegas in 2006 and had a great experience. Charmaine helped us purchase a short sale property in Las Vegas. We live out of state and Charmaine worked with us long distance. The time from our first visits to properties until the sale was closed was approximately 15 months. The property we purchased was under contract for about 12 months before the short sale approval and closing. The listing broker was changed in the middle of the contract period and Charmaine was able to transition from one broker to another without losing the deal. We probably considered 25 properties for purchase both before and after we had a contract. We made offers on at least 10 properties that did not work out. She was available on weekends and after normal business hours to work with us.Charmaine is a very charming and pleasant person. Her greatest asset is her patience. As we considered many options, she was always calm and helpful and never pushed us to do anything. She always supported any decision we made. Charmaine developed a relationship with our Seller that helped us get to contract despite other competing offers. She is very professional and pays attention to detail. We would highly recommend her as a Buyer's Agent for the Las Vegas Market and I am sure we will use her again for our other real estate needs.
