Chay McGee was knowledgeable and very informative throughout the entire process of selling our home. His advice on all things from curb appeal and staging, to contract negotiations was invaluable. I will never use another realtor and have since recommended him to everyone I have met looking for a new home.

Chay had a small window to find us a house we would be happy in and he did. He did exactly what my family wanted and he didn't want to waste his time or ours. We sold our house in 4 days after market and Chay made everything possible.

Chay was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to answer every question I had, at any time, no matter how small or dumb it may have seemed. He kept me updated every step of the way and was incredibly fast with his response times. I would strongly recommend Chay to anybody I know.

I cannot recommend Chay McGee enough!!! Without Chay I literally would not have made it through an incredibly tricky sale - I would have backed out and put my condo on the rental market. There were three properties for sale in my complex... mine is the only one that sold! He worked miracles for me. This sale was difficult through no fault of Chay's (buyers backing out, two huge title issues, 3 competing units for sale in the same complex, a difficult to work with HOA, a nearby building with a gas leak, a shady contractor I hired, and last-minute repairs to the electrical system). He and his two title agents were the only ones actually solving problems. Without him, I wouldn't have made it through the process. Chay's communication is particularly outstanding. He was in constant communication with everyone, not just me. Some highlights: - I heard from him at least once a week, usually more, about the progress of the sale. - He followed up with the buyer's agents of people who did not make an offer to see if there was anything we could improve on or that was turning the buyer off about the condo and to let them know about some incentives we were willing to provide - He checked with every lender involved with the buyers (we were under contract four times). This is especially notable because I worked in the home loan industry for four years and not a single seller's agent called us in that time. - He talked to the buyer's agent regularly when we were under contract to make sure everything was in order. Chay's handling of the contracts was also impeccable. He caught things that the other agent missed, which happened almost every time a document of any sort was submitted to us. I had no idea there were so many ways to mess up real estate documents, nor that there were so many ways to spell my own name ;) Chay is the only agent I will use and the only one I will recommend for as long as he is in business!

Chay has to the best Realator ever! No kidding, you should be thrilled to have him as your realtor. He genuinely cares about every aspect of home buying. He is a step above even the most excellent realtor
