Chelsea Pettit

My top priority is going beyond the expected to deliver an exceptional and fully satisfying one-stop, full-service real estate experience for home buyers and sellers. I will work with you throughout your entire home search or sale process, and assist in finalizing the details. Chelsea was born in Indiana, but moved to Georgia in 2009. She attended Indiana University and Kennesaw State University. After graduating from KSU with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, she managed a graphic design and print business in Cartersville GA. This business helped Chelsea to grow her marketing and customer service experience. While working for the print shop was very rewarding, Chelsea has always had a passion for real estate ever since her first job at 16 as an assistant to a local real estate agent in her hometown. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2014 and her career quickly took off. She attributes her success to a hard work ethic, a dedication to customer service, and a true love for what she does.
