Cheri handled the selling of our existing home as well as helping us with the purchase of a new home. In both cases she did awesome. She's professional, knows the market, and helped us get more money for our existing home than we expected (and we had an offer within three days of going on the market). Additionally, her personality is perfect for real estate. She could talk us off the ledge when needed but she knew how to be direct as well. We felt like we were in good hands with her knowing she was working in our best interest, giving us fair and honest feedback, and advocating for our needs in the processes. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Chicago W/NW suburbs.
