Cheryl helped me buy a home
Cheryl was amazing to work with! When we contacted her we were looking at homes the next day based on the exact criteria that we had discussed. We looked at three homes the first night followed by three the next evening. Based upon her knowledge and expertise we ended up buying the first home that we toured because it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, many thanks to Cheryl for ordering a separate HVAC inspection for us in addition to the inspection. The results revealed a major issue with the furnace and she effectively negotiated a replacement for us from the seller. She saved us from having to buy a new furnace after we purchased our home. We would not have thought of doing that. I would definitely and do recommend her to all of my family and friends. Thank you again! David and Kristy
