Cheryl Olson

I've been a practicing Realtor® since 2002 and in that time I have come to realize, that if you don’t “love” real estate, then you won’t last in this business. I believe that my own personal business, which has been built on the referrals of past and repeat clients, agent and affiliate referrals is because I am confident, capable and strive to exceed my client's expectations. I work diligently toward that specific individual’s needs, whether it is a financial or emotional need or simply the need to get the job done quickly and quietly or all of the above. I pride myself of merging strong work ethic, a combination of local and national real estate knowledge, modern technology, a lifelong love of learning about my profession and a willingness to study and understand the ever changing market conditions and technology that push this industry forward from crisis into opportunity time and time again.
