Cheryl Tankard

Cheryl was great went over the top for us we are from New Jersey. Not a lot of knowledge about the areas we looked at. She helped us so much contacting local planners and home owners insurance company's for us. Could not ask for more.

I found Cheryl to be very responsive and diligent in my search for a new home. She paid close attention to the items that were important to me and did not waste my time with showings that did not meet my criteria. Additionally, she listened to and addressed other items of interest to me beyond the home and location. In all the experience was a positive one which left me very satisfied with her service. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone looking for a home in her area.

Cheryl was "Johnny on the Spot"! She made sure all paperwork was completed asap so we were able to secure our dream home! She also setup all the inspections that needed to be completed early in the process so we had everything done way before the closing date. We will definitely recommend her knowledge and expertise to any one we hear that is looking to buy a home. Thanks Cheryl for making the home buying process so smooth and easy!
