Cheryll will impress you from the very minute you meet her and you can stop searching for an agent! Cheryll's knowledge of everything related to the housing market was beyond impressive. Beginning with an understanding of how the housing market works in the Chicago area, analyzing the general economy as well as the market trends gave us a comprehensive picture of both when to put the home on the market and how to price the house. Because of her advice to be patient and wait until the spring, we gained a substantial amount more in terms of pricing our house. Her advice on fixes to the house, how to stage the house and how to time putting the house on the market led to selling within 24 hours! On the buying side, her advice and direction was immensely helpful and we ended up with our perfect house in our most desired neighborhood. She was consistently patient and calm when we were full of questions and anxious about finding the right home. Her humor and ability to connect with us made the process enjoyable throughout. Further, she brings the "dream team"!
