Most realtors we've met recently were some combination of untrustworthy/incompetent/lazy. Chesson is trustworthy, competent and hard-working. She sold our house in two days at above list. There were some set backs with appraisals and inspections, but she made it happen for me and my family and I am forever grateful for her expertise. She moved quickly and kept everything in orderly fashion. She gave us a week by week breakdown of everything that was going to happen after we were under contract. Which helped so much. I had multiple questions and she answered them all in a timely manner. If you are selling or buying, hire Chesson Seagroves.
