Making his first foray into real estate during 1999, Chet Thomas applies entrepreneurial business acumen, housing market knowledge, effusive charisma, and personal experience to each and every transaction for buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Born and raised in Huntington Beach, the Huntington Harbour resident initially pursued a passion for real estate at the turn of the century. Following the purchase and sale of multiple investment properties as part of his personal portfolio, he formally became licensed in 2006 and went on to coordinate transactions for a growing client base.
