Best Realtor - EVER!I met Chip on my search for a home in St Petersburg. Chip was extremely patient, knowledgeable, aggressive and on top of things in a rapidly changing and dynamic market. We started in one direction, and at the suggestion of Chip, we wound up going a different direction. It was very difficult to find the "right" property for my wife and I; any properties we looked and liked were snapped up within hours, not days or weeks, but hours. It was very difficult to find a home in the current seller's market; however, Chip continued to give us hope, encouragement and valuable and timely information. We could not be any more happy with our home purchase, and the service that Chip Hall provided to my wife and I.

Perfect Relationship!We met Chip by accident after seeing an open house sign at a condo complex in Gulfport, Florida. He was friendly and accommodating right from the start. We were new to the condo experience and had a lot of questions. If there was a question that he did not know the answer to, he searched until he found the answer. We lived about 2-1/2 hours from the condo and made several trips up looking at different units. When we looked at a unit that was not going to work for us, never did he try to talk us into it as he knew we wouldn't be happy. He was always there for our late evening questions. We have had a couple of real estate dealings over the years that left a sour taste in our mouth. Not this time. Chip has called us several times since our closing just to see how we our doing and if we had anymore questions. He is a very trusting person and is certainly someone we can call a friend. With his hard work he has helped make our dream come true. He was a true gentleman!

Found our dream house!Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful. Chip was always available to take my calls and provide information. During the search process he accompanied me to look at several prospects. Once we found what we were looking for, he walked us through the purchasing process. With this being a VA loan, there were several challenges to overcome. With Chip's expertise, we were able to address everything and got things completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Chip to anyone who is looking for a new home whether it be a first time buyer or someone looking to upgrade or relocate. He has a great personality. Chip was the best agent I've ever worked with.Chip was professional and personal. He kept in regular contact to let me know what he was doing to get my condo sold and returned all calls, emails promptly. He had an extra challenging job since I listed my condo just as the pandemic hit, and so things in the market came to a screeching stop for a little while. But Chip was always positive and encouraging and got the place sold. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again.
