This review holds my very highest recommendation for Real Estate Agent Chris Bregman. He assisted me with the purchase of a home in West Hollywood in 2021. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Chris is one of the best agents I have ever used.Chris has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent. I cant say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. He helped me keep a cool head in a hot real estate market. My real estate purchase was a small sized transaction relative to the market in the area and no doubt Chris has handled pricier transactions, but he treated me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was his down to earth style and quick, professional responses. As a busy tech industry worker, I dont have time to waste. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. He did a great job of listening to my needs and did not waste suggesting properties that did not meet my objectives. Chris did research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiated effectively with the opposing broker/agent on my behalf. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to evening emails. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. My transaction went very smoothly, and I closed early.As mentioned above, Chris represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex.

He sold my house in Beverly Hills and helped me with find a condo on Wilshire in Westwood. He also helped me through the trama of a short sale when I finally left L.A. for Las Vegas. The short sale took several months and he saw me through all that messy transaction.

Chris is a highly effective real estate broker. Will not overload you you with useless listings. He found our house quickly, gave us the right info on our starting bid and made the whole process as easy as possible.

Mr. Bregman was immensely helpful in helping me buy my first home. The market in the Willow Glen district of San Jose was just starting to take off in mid 2012. Being fast and selective seemed to me to be contradictory needs at the time. Mr. Bregman was able to provide both a speedy response on bids and questions, as well as help navigate through the many homes on the market during that period. This helped us avoid homes we may have otherwise gone for, as well as chase the good ones. Mr. Bregman steered us with utter expertise on offering prices and kept us within our budget. Nor were we peppered with homes not worth our time. He put in offers for us on a number of homes, often getting there first in a fiery market. In the end, Mr. Bregman found our dream home, and won it with professionalism at every turn. I will absolutely use him again if and when the time comes.

We have leased out our property in the Hollywood Hills twice now through Chris Bregman. Chris remains the only agent in the Los Angeles area that we will use for our real estate needs . He has always exceeded our expectations. In addition to guiding us step-by-step through the entire process, Mr. Bregman has gone above and beyond the requirements and duties of an agent to make the deals as seamless and easy as possible. Chris is always accessible, attentive and accommodating, making us feel like we were getting the VIP treatment every time. I felt like he took the time to really understand our specific needs so that we could find the right fit. He worked diligently to ensure that even the most minor details were handled to our satisfaction. We will absolutely use him again.

We honestly could not have been luckier to come across Chris Bregman. From the get go he completely understood how to maximize our budget and find a space for us that we are beyond in love with. He helped us every step of the way through closing, and when we ran into a couple problems he went above and beyond to offer personal assistance and make sure we were taken care of. I was very particular with my requirements and Chris diligently reviewed all options delivering an excellent result. The transaction was made all the more difficult as I wasn't located in California and Chris reviewed and filtered properties on my behalf before I inspected them making the process much easier.
