Chris assisted me in buying my first investment property even though I was living out of state at the time. He made video walkthrough appointments and showed up for inspection after inspection on my behalf to ensure I had all the info I needed to comfortably execute. Thanks in large part to his efforts and negotiation skills, I was able to secure a property in an excellent neighborhood that is sure to be a great investment. I would not have been able to find such a property and definitely wouldn’t have felt comfortable purchasing from afar if he wasn’t my agent.
Chris is fresh in the real estate game which makes him very excited and energetic about it. His knowledge is beyond several agents I've worked with that had 15+ years experience. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll find it. Never feel pressured when speaking with him about purchasing. He's clearly found his calling and loves what he does.
