After interviewing several potential real estate agents, Chris stood head and shoulders above the rest. He had knowledge of the market in our area, made suggestions to get the most out of our home and it sold for the highest priced sale EVER recorded in our neighborhood. We got more for our home than we could have imagined AND he did everything with the utmost care for my mother. I was in another state and trying to commute 2200 miles back and forth was a challenge to say the least. Chris handled everything and even took care of issues beyond his required contractual duties. We just completed the most important transaction of our lives, thanks to Christopher Cervantez. I met Chris just about 2 years ago when he was knocking on doors in our neighborhood, and told him we may be retiring soon and I would keep his number on file. Theres something about Chris when you meet him, you know right away he has a no-nonsense, get it done to the clients liking kind of approach. After speaking with him in our neighborhood on several occasions, I knew he would be the one for us. He didnt bat an eye when we told him what we expected from beginning to end, and most especially what we wanted our list price to be. We were laughed at by another realtor we also interviewed, but Chris pulled through with flying colors. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, but only with Chris Cervantez at the wheel.
