Hi, I'm Chris. I am the Founder, Owner and Managing Broker of St. Clair Home and Land Company, LLC. As a well established full-time Real Estate Broker, servicing Eastern NC, I spent years as a top producing agent with a well known franchise. In 2022, after building and implementing a successful mentor/mentee program for other agents, I set out to create a real estate brokerage that works for it's clients and it's agents; not the other way around. Using learned best practices and the most advanced technology available in the industry, we serve our clients in ways many other brokerages simply cannot. A native of North Carolina, I moved from the foothills to the coast in 2016, following a love for the ocean, fishing and farming. I attended Western Carolina University and earned a Baccalaureate degree in Emergency Medical Care, with a concentration in healthcare management. Before serving my clients as a Real Estate Broker, I served my community as a Paramedic, teacher and EMS Educational Program Director in the NC Community College system.
