Chris Cragnotti, a second-generation Realtor and Glendale native, has spent his entire life in and around the real estate industry. His mother, Gerri Cragnotti, started selling homes in 1973 and Chris tagged along fully immersed in the practice of working with sellers and buyers. After graduating with honors with a BFA in Film/TV Production from Chapman University, Chris spent 6 years working at the Walt Disney Co. on TV shows such as Felicity, Alias and Playmakers. Exciting as that life was, he could not escape the draw toward real estate and the appealing idea of someday being his own boss. His mother started her boutique real estate agency, G&C Properties, in 1988 and has thrived year-after-year as one of Glendale's premiere brokers. Chris is excited to be carrying on that legacy.
