Chris is very easy to get ahold of at all times via email,text, or phone. He has great interactions with everyone and is always sure to help you out with whatever issues you may have. You can always be sure that Chris is professional with whomever he has to contact for you. Chris is very knowledgable in real estate and won't stop working for his clients until they get what they are asking for. I highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent.

Chris did a wonderful job on helping us aquire our condo. We were out of state and that made it difficult to be able to do somethings.. And we had a contract for full asking price in 5 days! At the end of every day he gave me a status update and was very responsive to my emails, calls and text messages. The garage remote controller disappeared and he even purchased a new one for the buyers. All this made the sale of my home very easy as I lived 2 hours away and needed someone like Chris to handle everything. It was well worth giving the listing to him.

Chris was amazing to work with. He was so patient and personable. He also was ALWAYS reachable, returning my phone calls, emails, or text messages any time I had a question. He also explained everything within the contracts if I had questions. He had no problem adjusting to meet me when it fit my busy schedule, and I really appreciated that flexibility.

Chris Creegan was a great realtor. He definitely has a lot of knowledge. We looked at several house and he knew the values the house would go for. He was very truthful during my hunt. I looked at one house that was sent to me that I though was very nice but he cautioned me on. He told me the house had been flipped and may not be as good as it looked. When we got to the house it was not in good shape. It was thrown together half-fast which he was 100% right about. He found me a house which I purchased for $19,000 under what it appraised for. This house was also well under my budget, in the neighborhood I wanted and is in great condition. As a first time home buyer, he told me what to expect during this process and walked me through the whole thing. He was always available for phone calls to answer my questions unlike a lot of other people in the realty business. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.
