I've worked with my fair share of residential and commercial realtors. Chris is hands down the best! When we showed up for our first afternoon of walk-throughs, he had already been in the neighborhoods around the houses for an hour to scope things out to tell us about the neighborhood and area attractions that he had visited in person. He new nearby restaurants and delivery places and their yelp ratings! He found us our new favorite biscuit place!!To top it all off, the seller had to change our closing date so my wife and I didn't have childcare arrangements... Chris stepped in without hesitations and took care of our 14 month old during the closing in the attorney's office! I wish I was looking for more houses to buy so I could keep working with Chris... I feel like he could be my best friend!

Chris has been my Real Estate Agent on 2 different occasions. He was always available and answered my questions and phone calls promptly and professionally. He is a straight shooter and always allowed time for my opinions but instructed me on what was the norm in real estate. We had a bit of a tough buyer but he never was unkind and always was professional. I hope this is the last real estate episode for a while but if I needed an agent Chris Drummond would be my choice.
