Chris was very knowledgeable and informative on quality of homes and was honest throughout the process. He made the home buying process much easier by always being available to answer questions.

He answered every question I had.. he was always on top of keeping me updated about the house.. he always called to check up on everything to make sure it was going right.. I would recommend Chris Dye to anyone around .. very hard worker

Chris was great! If We had to sell again, I would not hesitate to call him. There wasnt much negotiation as we got an excellent offer the day after we listed. The deal went smoothly the whole way. He could have been a little quicker to respond to a couple of emails, but he did come through with answers to all of our questions. Again, I would not hesitate to hire him for either buying or selling (we also bought with him previously).

Chris kept me informed on what was going on with the house... Chris and I road the roller coaster ride for a bit....honestly it was a fun ride... Chris is a nice guy and when questions were asked he found answers.....i highly recommend everyone who want to buy or sell to deal with chris.. he has an A+ in my book...
