I wanted to take a brief moment to thank Agent Chris Faircloth for everything she has done during the recent listing and sale of our home and purchase of a new home. I was fortunate to cross paths with Chris over 13 years ago when looking at a new construction site where she was the agent onsite. I quickly recognized her level of knowledge was beyond compare to that of other agents and her positive, personable attitude made her easy to work with in understanding the real estate world. Although I had encountered a home sale and purchase in the past, I quickly forgot all of the details around the process but was grateful to have Chris lead the way. This was my husbands first home purchase so he needed a little more support from Chris than I, but she graciously obliged even in those more stressful moments. Chris was certain to be sure we were both included every step of the way and always able to provide professional guidance throughout the whole process from staging our house for prospective buyers to see themselves in our space to sealing an offer within 2 days of listing! That has to be some kind of record!! Chris also helped us write a contract for the purchase of a new home that hit most of the items on our checklist. Overall, both processes were seamless! We cant thank Chris enough for her help and the time she took to ensure we were comfortable with our decisions throughout this whole process. Where can I even start, when talking about Chris Faircloth?? She's helped me sell 1 house and buy two others! I wouldn't use anyone else! When my husband and I bought our first house, he was stationed in Afghanistan and I was here. She made sure we both received listings and communicated via email, so he could be part of the conversation. When my husband came home, we had a very small window to make a decision. She dedicated an entire day to making sure we saw every house we wanted to see, helped us negotiate the contract and gave us advice when a bidding war ensued. I purchased a home I never thought I would be able to find thanks to Chris and Brian Faircloth with James and Lee. The responsiveness and honesty was unbelievable.
