very responsive even when on vacation. always on time or early for appointments.we had a late closing due to things beyond our control. very helpful through it all. downed computers not so good real estate person on the other side Chris was a great help through it all.

Amazing! And from past buying experience we never make it through the finish line feeling that way about our realtor. But Denise was so easy going but a bulldog when we needed her to be. Refreshing to have a realtor be supportive throughout the ENTIRE purchase of our house (sometimes realtors can get a bit crabby near the end, especially if you ask for extra hurdles to be met). Not Denise, she took everything in stride and remained our support the entire time. HIGHLY recommend, especially navigating the tricky market in Douglas County. Plus my hubby found her on Zillow.

Very helpfull and super easy to work with. Worked for me as the customer until I was satisfied. Very hard to find in realtors. We have bought two houses and will soon be working on a third. They are tough negotiators on your behalf. Great people

This is an update to an earlier review I made on 2/2/18. At the time my husband and I were looking to relocate from California to Nevada. Denise Jorgensen was our real estate agent. My husband and I are very happy to announce that we have found and purchased our forever home in Nevada. We're certain that without Denise's knowledge and expertise that we wouldn't have been able to do so. Her negotiation skills are truly amazing. Since the first day we met and started working with her, which was over a year ago, she stayed the course. We're very grateful to Denise and her associate Chris, who also played a very integral part of this real estate transaction. They are an awesome team!

My husband and I just purchased our first home, thanks to Denise and Chris! They were on it from the second we told them we wanted to put an offer in. Denise and her husband Chris were great to work with. They were accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They made our trips to the area easy and productive. Denise stayed on top of everything for escrow making it an easy process for us even though we were out of state.

Denise is wonderful! Smart, thorough, helpful and on task. We came to town with a long list of wishes for what we wanted in a new house. She and her assistant, Chris, helped us sort through the available homes and find the one that best fit our needs. Then she was there with us through the entire buying process! She even sat with us at our closing and made sure that all the paperwork was as it should be. She noticed something amiss that neither my husband nor I would have caught. highly recommend Denise and Chris and here is why: From the moment I meant them I really felt they had my best interests in mind. She’s professional but not flashy. She is patient and knowledgeable and if there are questions that can’t be answered she’ll find them out for you instead of blowing you off or give an incorrect response. My entire home buying process went very smoothly, because of this I couldn’t help but wonder what she was doing in the background to facilitate the experience. Communication was contiguous throughout and never did I have to catch her up to speed on what was going on. I will use her and Chris again for my next purchase.
