We bought our first home in McKinney in 2005 through Chris Harden and to be honest didn't think about calling on him when we were ready to move into a home better suited for our needs and went with someone a friend recommended instead. I'm so glad "that" reference didn't work out. I got my piece of mind after going back to Chris. You'll notice an immediate and professional difference right off the bat.If you want a SHARP, ethical, straight up, honest, hard working man who will work "for" you ( and I mean that ) with a high level of integrity ... I wholeheartedly recommend Chris. He helped us do the opposite of what most folks do. He helped us find our next home first and then sold our old home in 2 days. He listened to what we wanted and allowed "us" to make our own decisions without trying to sway us to buy any particular home.
